What are the payment terms?
Generally for short bookings such as a weekend, we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking. Longer bookings, especially if made well in advance, can be spread out over 3 or 4 payments. We are quite flexible in our approach, so if you have any specific requests, please ask us. Final payment can be made in cash on arrival if that suits you, but please ensure you have the exact cash ready when you arrive.

What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
We are quite flexible and will refund your deposit if we are given enough notice. For mid and peak seasons, we do require at least 14 days notice of a cancellation for you to get your deposit refunded. In the event that you forfeit your deposit, we will refund it in full if we are able to secure another booking that covers your dates.

What do we need to bring with?
We supply all linen, but we do not supply towels, so please make sure you bring your own. You will also need to supply your own toiletries and cleaning agents. We do supply a limited amount of dishwashing liquid, and each toilet has one full toilet roll. So please bring extras especially if you are staying for longer than a day or two.

How do we get the keys for the unit?
Please phone us when you are approximately 15 minutes away from Port Edward. If we can we will meet you at the unit, but if we can't we will explain over the phone where to pick up the keys.

How far away is the beach?
Both of our units are approximately 2km from the entrance to the main bathing beach in Port Edward.

How far is the Wild Coast Sun?
The Wild Coast Sun Casino, golf course and waterpark is only 5km from Port Edward.
